Please tell me that how many youngsters in india playing cricket in india. Give me a figure with supported pr?

My Senior cricket friends told me that in india only 4 to 5 lakhs players play the cricket. But i am not agree i say that the strength is over crore and want to prove may statement so please help me to solve that interesting question pleaseeee.
