is cricket dying sport or it is expanding all over the world?
i heard cricket is 3rd famous sport in italy and i also read that cricket is fastest growing sport in canada, germany and italy.. ipl is broadcasted in italy...thats makes cricket little more famous in italy.

- I think expanding all over except USA... I tried to watch it but the score was like 250-4...! And were still playing! How is that exciting? It's like watching a basketball game and one team was winning 120-2 or something...?
But then the way the announcers were talking, the losing team still has a chance of winning?

I tried to look how the game is played (on Wikipedia)... Still did not undrstand a thing...
Oh, and when the camera panned over to the crowd, most were not watching the game... They were either talking to each other or reading a newspaper...! So I guess even the fans do not think the game was exciting? I don't get it...

250-4 means the team has scored 250 runs(points) and has lost 4 of the ten wickets(ten lives) that they have.
Once that team has finished batting the other team bats and tries to score more runs than they scored
- Test Cricket will never be popular 'all over the world'. T20 might make an impact.

Is on the rise. IPL will change it all.
