I would like to have sports news feed including cricket for my application, I would to buy or get it free?

Please suggest a news feed agency or similar, preferred method would be free, or low cost, thanks in advance it would be great if the feed is in the form of XML or similar kind..thanks I am planning to create an internet based web application, for that I would like to get ball by ball comentry for cricket or (scores for other sports) in XML format(or similar) so that I could format it and display to the user. I would like to get it a free service or low cost solution. Thanks.
